Mile high. Borrow low.
Built on the site of an 1850s gold rush, Denver celebrates its 150th anniversary this year. But the mile high city hasn't prospered from its precious metals as much as its precious brew: beer. Denver produces more beer than any other city in America. But the owners of a 328-unit property in Denver will prosper under these loan terms from PNC ARCS’ Elk Rapids office: $14.625 million for a 7 year term/30 year amortization at a fixed rate of 5.82%.

So happy together.
Students at Penn State in State College, PA are living the good life. Their school resides in a town nicknamed “Happy Valley” and has been regularly included on lists for the best places to live, safest places to live and even the least stressful. The owners of two properties with a total of 297 units in State College, PA are happy indeed with their decision to go with PNC ARCS' Princeton office. They received $9.1 million for a 10 year term/Interest Only for both properties at a fixed rate of 5.815%.

Clockwork.
The Persistence of Memory, Dalí’s famed painting featuring droopy clocks on a barren landscape, has been in St. Petersburg, FL this summer as part of a special exhibition at The Salvador Dalí Museum. The owners of a 477-unit property in St. Petersburg couldn’t forget the service they received from PNC ARCS’ Calabasas Hills office. They received $21.5 million for a 7 year term/30 year amortization at a fixed rate of 6.035%, and everything went like clockwork!
